With the 1st XV having just been promoted, the club is now seeking sponsorship for the forthcoming season, which is available for either the whole season, or just for a game, or simply for one first team player, in packages which are suitable for both small and large companies as well as individual supporters:-
- Link on the team website to your company website & write-up about your Company
- Mention at all major events
- Distribution of Company flyers to all members at the beginning of the season
- Advert in the annual club handbook (which includes the fixture lists for all teams and is a reference guide all year)
- Two VP memberships to WRFC (allowing you to enter the ballot for England tickets)
- As Bronze plus:
- Man of the Match Award in your Company Name at a home game of the 1st Team
- An advertising board in the main clubhouse for a year
- An advertising board (provided by you) at pitch-side for all home games

- Lunch for 2 at a big game with the Club Chairman and VPs
- Company Logo on 1st Team Training Tops or on the shirts of our Second XV or a Junior Side
- Most Improved Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year Awards in your Company name

- Logo and mention in any programmes that are printed (see game sponsorship below)
- Lunch for 4 at a big game with the Club Chairman and VPs
- Opportunity to set-up a sales stand and distribute literature at the annual awards dinner
- Reserved premium table and chairs for 8 guests in the clubhouse on 1st team match days
- Photo Opportunity with the Team Captain before the game
- Your name or logo on the matchday programme if printed, otherwise an A1 poster in the clubhouse
- You get to keep the matchball

The women’s team has only just formed and is sure to get plenty of publicity in it’s first flil season in 2007/8. What better time to put your company’s name on the front of their shirts?! For just £150 you can sponsor a player for the season
In addition to the above sponsorship opportunities, senior and junior teams (age groups 13 to 18) go on tour each year and seek sponsorship for their tours. Mini teams start with the under 7’s and progress through to the Junior teams and themselves attract lots of publicity (they won several trophies in 2006/7). Opportunities can be negotiated with the team managers, please state the age groups you are interested in when asking for details.

Other Deals
It is possible to create other opportunities to suit your pocket, such as sponsored corner flags, post protectors, players tape, providing services to the club in return for advertising etc.
