When you take into account that over 60 clubs enter the competition, the achievement of reaching the last eight is quite some feat. Of course, we hope that our journey will not end there as we believe that we have every chance of winning the grand prize at the Finals on 8th May. Well done to Alfie (Capt), Cameron, Gus, Harry A, Morgan, Jack Briars, Saul, Keir, Kyle, Johann, Eddie, Louis & James Woolley. Just 4 more wins in the competition to go! We were missing a number of our players this week due to other commitments. We played three hard fought games with Bishops Stortford in the end our tagging let us down and we lost 8-6 , 7-4 and 6-3. Again we played well and the score-line does not reflect the effort Welwyn put into theses games some great running and passing. It is the tagging that is letting the side down.
